To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is my personal recommendation for Brittiny Clinton. I have been Brittiny’s supervisor during her term as an Americorps*VISTA with Bosma Enterprises. I admire the fortitude and dedication of any individual who chooses to commit a year of their life in service to people in need, and I have found Brittiny to be no exception. Brittiny joined Americorps*VISTA after having spent several years in the workforce. She reported that she had not yet found a way to combine her talents and passion and hoped to find it through service to others.

While working as a member of both the philanthropy and marketing teams, Brittiny created a number of marketing materials including 7 informational brochures, 3 event invitations, press kits, and several multi-media presentations for use both at Bosma and in public forums. Brittiny participated in a number of community events and was able to effectively speak publicly about the mission of Bosma Enterprises. Furthermore, she was able to form key partnerships with businesses. Her creativity and technological savvy have helped pull Bosma’s marketing efforts into the 21st century.

Not the least of Brittiny’s accomplishments was the coordination and oversight of two major video production projects. She assisted with the script planning and photography for an episode of “Focus on America” featuring Bosma Enterprises. Brittiny also supplied creative direction for a new corporate video promoting Bosma’s mission, programs, products, and services.

During her time as an Americorps*VISTA, Brittiny was an effective voice for change, efficiency, and sustainability. She also coordinated projects involving numerous people, and her ability to work collaboratively while guiding the project quickly and effectively was outstanding.

Brittiny’s creativity, sensitivity, energy, and sense of humor have made working with her a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her as a welcome addition to your company.

Sincerely,

Heather Quigley
Director of Philanthropy
